2. The FireLook Service

FireLook is a personal wardrobe and styling application.

The Service may allow you to:

• Organize photos and details of clothing and accessories.
• Create and save outfit combinations.
• Receive wardrobe classifications and style information.
• Generate enhanced images of clothing items.
• Create and save an avatar.
• Generate AI-powered Virtual Try-On previews.
• Access other wardrobe-planning and styling features.

Some features operate locally on your device. Selected AI and subscription features require communication with FireLook’s backend and third-party service providers.

We may add, remove, limit, or change features as the Service develops. A feature may be unavailable because of your device, operating system, region, subscription status, usage allowance, network connection, or the availability of a third-party provider.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, clothing information, outfit selections, and other content you provide through FireLook (“User Content”).

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, reproduce, resize, modify, and process User Content only as necessary to provide, secure, and operate the features you request.

This license ends when the relevant content is deleted, except where limited retention is required for temporary technical processing, security, legal compliance, backups, or by a third-party provider under its applicable terms.

You are responsible for your User Content. You represent that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• Uploading and processing the content does not violate any law or third-party right.
• You have informed permission before uploading a photo of another person.
• You will not upload a child’s photo.

AI-powered features may send optimized copies of selected User Content to the providers described in our Privacy Policy.

4. AI Features and Generated Results

Wardrobe classifications, enhanced clothing images, outfit suggestions, and Virtual Try-On results are generated or assisted by automated systems.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, offensive, or different from the original content. Generated images may alter facial features, hairstyle, body shape, clothing details, colors, proportions, or apparent fit.

FireLook provides visual inspiration only. It does not guarantee:

• Physical fit or sizing.
• How clothing will look in real life.
• Product availability or authenticity.
• Accurate colors, materials, proportions, or garment details.
• That a generated result will be unique.
• Any specific personal, commercial, or styling outcome.

FireLook is not a medical, health, body-image, or professional styling service. Generated results should not be treated as medical advice, professional advice, or the sole basis for a purchasing or other important decision.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or sharing it. Similar or identical content may be generated for other users, and we do not guarantee that generated content is eligible for intellectual-property protection.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use FireLook only for lawful personal purposes.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any law or another person’s rights.
• Upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Exploit, harm, sexualize, harass, deceive, or impersonate another person.
• Create or distribute unlawful, intimate, abusive, or misleading imagery.
• Present an AI-generated image as an authentic photograph where doing so could mislead or harm someone.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to FireLook or its providers.
• Bypass subscriptions, safety systems, rate limits, or AI usage allowances.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use FireLook to develop or operate a competing AI or image-processing service without our written permission.

We may reject requests, restrict online features, or suspend access where we reasonably believe that content or conduct violates these Terms, provider policies, or applicable law.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain FireLook features may require an automatically renewing subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store.

The subscription price, billing period, free-trial terms, and any introductory offer will be displayed in Apple’s purchase screen before you confirm your purchase.

Payment is charged through your Apple Account. Apple processes payments and manages refund requests. FireLook does not receive your complete payment-card information.

Unless cancelled before renewal, your subscription renews automatically and Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple Account.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting FireLook does not cancel an active subscription.

Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law.

7. AI Usage Allowances

An eligible FireLook subscription may include a recurring allowance for cloud-based AI features.

Eligible weekly and monthly plans are intended to provide the same allowance of 300 AI credits during each seven-day period. Unused credits do not roll over into the next period.

Different AI features consume different numbers of credits. Current credit costs and reset information may be displayed in the App. Requests that fail before producing a successful provider response are normally refunded automatically.

Usage allowances are linked to the original App Store subscription transaction. Devices or users accessing the same eligible subscription may therefore share the same allowance.

We may change future plans, prices, credit costs, or usage allowances. Any changes will be communicated as required by applicable law and App Store rules. Changes do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

8. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Our Privacy Policy explains how FireLook processes information.

The Service relies on third-party providers, which may include Apple, OpenAI, Google, Vercel, Upstash, and Superwall. Their services, availability, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by them.

Your use of Apple’s App Store and in-app purchase system is also governed by Apple’s applicable terms.

FireLook may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.

9. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, FireLook and its software, design, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use FireLook for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, license, modify, or create derivative works from FireLook or its materials unless we have given you permission or applicable law expressly permits it.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. We will not publicly identify you as the source without permission.

10. Availability and Termination

We do not guarantee that FireLook or any individual feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to online features if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your subscription is no longer eligible.
• You misuse the Service or attempt to bypass its protections.
• Your activity creates security, legal, or operational risk.
• A third-party provider becomes unavailable.
• Suspension is required by law.

You may stop using FireLook at any time. Local content remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireLook is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that local data will never be lost or damaged. You are responsible for maintaining any backups you consider necessary.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireLook and its creators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Service.

This includes loss of data, profits, business opportunities, reputation, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as FireLook and its features change.

The revised Terms will be published in the App or on the FireLook website with an updated effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.

Your continued use of FireLook after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept them. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mandatory consumer protections and rights available under the laws of your country or region remain unaffected. Disputes may be heard by courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
